McCarter & English LLP is seeking an Foreign Filing Reporting Paralegal who will be based in our Boston, MA office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reviews and prepares correspondence to report various document filings
  • deadlines, and other related notices
  • Receives and reviews docketed foreign correspondence to determine which actions need to be reported
  • Prepares reporting to the clients for all foreign mail received
  • Maintains paper and electronic files
  • Ensures reporting is kept up to date
  • Additional administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be able to exercise good judgment
  • have excellent attention to detail and maintain discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High School graduate required
