Job Description

Astrion seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) to support our customer at Redstone Arsenal, AL within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System C-UAS Office. Candidates who apply should have strong oral and written communication skills and also have the ability to work effectively with others, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level security clearance is required
  • Bachelor’s degree with up to 3 years’ experience or High School graduate with 6 years’ experience in a professional environment

Nice to have

  • Review foreign disclosure requests of Classified Military Information and Controlled Unclassified Information and submit for approval, assuring compliance with Disclosure Authority Letters and Security Classification Guides
  • Track status of disclosure requests by maintaining log and synchronizing with briefing date
  • Work across several project offices and external organizations to gain approval for disclosure requests
  • Review and process foreign visit requests
  • Work alongside the security office managing incoming and outgoing visit requests, badge requests, shipping requests, and OCONUS travel requests
  • Interfacing with personnel on security matters within the office, and ensuring safes are locked and signed off daily
  • Support Program Management Reviews and other meetings with international partners
  • Interface with customer-chain (e.g., SAMD, USASAC, DASA-DE&C, DSCA, State Dept., Embassy, and Customer-Country) representatives as require
  • Must be able and willing to travel up to 10%, including international locations
