Job Description

Travel Money Oz is part of Australia’s largest and most progressive travel retailer (ever heard of Flight Centre?) We provide foreign currency solutions that help our customers get more out of their holiday. Travel is in our DNA so naturally, if you're considering working with us, travel should be one of your biggest interests, too! This is a part time role for 27.5 hours weekly, requiring availability to work Thursday late night trade, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide foreign currency solutions that help our customers get more out of their holiday
  • Be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers
  • Give our customers more bang for their buck with your own tips, tricks, and recommendations for their trips
  • Use exceptional customer service skills in this sales focussed role

Requirements

  • Customer service – our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so great listening skills and conversational flair are key to giving them an amazing experience in store
  • Mathematic ability – you have a knack for numbers and can crunch digits quickly with precision
  • Sales ability - you believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs to get the incentives you deserve
  • Problem solving - you think outside of the box for your customers to find the best solution tailored to their needs
  • Time management and organisation – you are focused on managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
  • Attention to detail – you cross your T’s and dot your I’s and understand how important it is to get even the little details right every time
