Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the forecourt and retail store
Manage, coach, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
Ensure health & safety, security, and compliance with all operational standards
Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and merchandising displays
Drive sales growth and profitability through effective promotions and upselling
Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail, forecourt, or convenience store management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profit
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
