Job Description:

At our Vertu Toyota Hamilton dealership, we are currently looking to recruit for a Forecourt Attendant to come and join our busy Team! This is a Full-Time, permanent role offering £12.21 per hour plus excellent company benefits. Our Forecourt Attendants play an important customer service role within the dealership. At its simplest this role means meeting and greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership and directing them to an available carpark space in an efficient and courteous manner. As part of the team, you will deliver brilliant care to all of our customers every day. You will also be supporting our Aftersales department by locating cars in the car park required for Service for the Vehicle Technicians on site as well as working closely with the service valeting team to make sure service wash standards are high, prior to customer collection. You will also be required to carry out additional duties as and when required including occassional collection and delivery of customer cars.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Directing customers to an available carpark space in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Supporting the Aftersales department by locating cars in the car park required for Service for the Vehicle Technicians
  • Working closely with the service valeting team to make sure service wash standards are high, prior to customer collection
  • Occasional collection and delivery of customer cars

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working within a customer facing role
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Clean, Full UK Driving Licence
