Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Foreclosure Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. In this fast-paced role, you will be dealing with foreclosure, creditor rights, and bankruptcy cases, as well as managing high volume document reviews.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle foreclosure, creditors rights, and bankruptcy cases effectively and efficiently
  • Conduct comprehensive document reviews in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Utilize Case Management Software for efficient case handling and management
  • Employ Adobe Acrobat and 3M skills for document management and briefing tasks
  • Provide litigation support in civil cases and claim administration
  • Manage and resolve complaints in the realm of consumer electronics
  • Prepare and present briefings as per the requirements of the case
  • Use conveyancer skills for effective handling of foreclosure and bankruptcy cases
  • Adhere to the regulations of PA or NJ bar for all proceedings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of creditor bankruptcy laws and regulations for effective case handling

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of PA
  • Proven experience as a foreclosure attorney or in a similar role
  • Exceptional skills in briefing, civil litigation, and claim administration
