We’re looking for a passionate, driven Forage Product Manager to take ownership of our forage seed product line and help shape its future. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales leaders, product development experts, and vendors to identify market opportunities, introduce innovative products, and support sales growth. If you love combining business strategy with hands-on agriculture knowledge, this role offers the perfect mix.

  • Partner closely with sales teams to provide expert product and market insights that strengthen customer relationships and drive growth
  • Engage directly with growers to build strong, long-term partnerships and expand direct sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the product development team to establish on-farm trials, analyze results, and bring data-driven recommendations to market
  • Grow Seedway’s presence by working with forage seed brokers, agents, and buyers to expand reach and maximize sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Plant Science, Agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in the seed, forage, or agriculture industry with proven skills in leadership, business strategy, and marketing
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and planning abilities
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies, competitive analysis, and sales programs (experience with proprietary software is a plus)
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel independently (including overnight) and work extended hours when needed
What we offer:
  • 401(k) & Employer Match
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision
  • HSA & Employer Contributions
  • Life Insurance
