Requirements

Technical abilities to navigate and update systems and tools
Customer visits may require overnight travel Monday-Friday (average 1 to 2 overnights a week, average 1 week a month travel and provide coverage a market in the western US)

Job Responsibility

Assist customer with selecting footwear and properly fitting with shoes/boots
Maintain truck stock and inventory levels
Process all customer orders, returns, and exchanges while on the Shoemobile
Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations regarding operating the Shoemobile in a safe manner at all times
Accurately maintain a DOT logbook in compliance with DOT regulations
Partners with Branch / DC for restocking / replenishment
Partner with our partner Truck Leasing for remote parking, fueling, and maintenance of Shoemobile
Maintain clean and organized warehouse and SM showroom
