Job Description:

Atoms is looking for a Footwear Designer focused on color, texture, and visualization — someone who can turn product direction into beautiful, hyper-realistic renderings that help tell our story. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring new colorways and material concepts to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Research global color and material trends relevant to everyday footwear
  • Create seasonal and collaboration color proposals that feel fresh yet timeless
  • Use Photoshop and 3D design tools to build hyper-realistic renderings of Atoms shoes
  • Work with the marketing team to visualize campaigns and limited editions before they exist
  • Maintain a consistent, simple design language that aligns with Atoms’ philosophy

Requirements:

  • Strong color sensibility and an ability to balance creativity with brand simplicity
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D modeling/rendering tools (CLO, Blender, Keyshot, or similar)
  • Ability to visualize products quickly and accurately for both digital and physical teams
  • A deep appreciation for minimalism, craftsmanship, and storytelling through color
