Job Description:

The post holder will be responsible for leading and delivering high quality football and multi-skills sessions across a variety of school and community settings, at the same time identifying and driving new opportunities for the Football in the Community (FiTC) department.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and deliver high quality football and multi-skills sessions across a variety of school and community settings
Identify and drive new opportunities for the Football in the Community (FiTC) department

Requirements:

Ability to engage children of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds
Ability to lead and deliver high-quality coaching sessions and educational lessons during school hours, evenings, and weekends
Lead on the growth and development of Football in the Community (FiTC) programmes in designated geographical areas
Play a key role in supporting the execution of the Aston Villa Foundation strategy and FitC departmental business plan
