Job Description:

Work as a Football Coach for a summer football program in Italy. The role involves coaching young players, organizing tournaments, and creating a fun, active outdoor experience for children from around the world.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting daily football training sessions for kids
Arranging a weekly tournament
Creating a fun and active outdoor experience for children
Structuring team meetings
Leading training sessions
Offering motivational guidance
Devising game strategies
Weekly sign-ups
Extending warm welcomes to all guests looking to participate
Organizing engaging and effective training sessions
Delivering a spectacular tournament
Organizing fun team building exercises
Ensuring that all sporting equipment is in good functioning order
Collecting consent forms from all required parents
Being energetic and having fun

Requirements:

In possession of a European passport
Know the rules of football and are confident in coaching young people how to play
Ability and confidence to organize tournaments
Adventurous, independent, flexible, and enthusiastic
Available for at least 1.5 months between May and September
18 Years or older
