Our client is a leading distributor of premium food and beverage brands, recognized for delivering high-quality products across the hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia. They are seeking a Foodservice Sales Executive to be based in Jeddah / Riyadh / Dammam, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution across the HoReCa channel. This role is critical in building strong client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring consistent in-market execution for premium brands. Success will be defined by achieving sales targets, expanding account coverage, and strengthening brand presence across high-value foodservice outlets. This is a mid-level, commercially driven field sales role with a strong focus on business development and account management within the foodservice sector. The role requires a hands-on professional who can operate independently in the market, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth through both new client acquisition and portfolio expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in positioning premium brands within top-tier hospitality venues across KSA.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients across restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, and juice bars
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into active and recurring accounts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across volume and value metrics
  • Secure product listings and negotiate commercial agreements with key clients
  • Drive distribution, visibility, and positioning of premium beverage and snack brands
  • Upsell and cross-sell across the full product portfolio to maximize revenue per account
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including owners, chefs, and F&B managers
  • Ensure consistent ordering patterns and optimal stock levels to support repeat business
  • Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments to inform sales strategy
  • Ensure strong in-market execution including product placement, menu listings, and brand visibility
  • Support activations, tastings, and promotional activities in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in foodservice or HoReCa sales
  • Strong background in the beverage industry is preferred, with exposure to premium or luxury brands
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing within the hospitality sector
  • Existing network across restaurants, hotels, cafés, and catering segments is a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, field-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience in the Saudi market is essential
