Join us as Foods Solutions Trade Marketing Manager. Responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing commercial strategies for the large food service chains channel. You will identify opportunities for competitive improvement and expansion, building successful relationships with customers in the sector, and ensure sustainable long‑term growth and the development of a high‑performing team. Responsible for the four market routes and their development within Food Solutions (C&C – Distributors – Chains – Wholesale). Leads the Trade Marketing team nationwide, and is accountable for initiatives aimed at accelerating customer sell‑out, as well as being the guardian of commercial terms and price execution. Additionally, this role is an essential part of the S&OP process and has a commercial profile, serving as the face of the business to key clients. This position is part of the Food Solutions Mexico leadership team and is a key contributor to short‑ and mid‑term strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement the sales strategy for the four main market routes aligned to profitable and accelerated growth goals
Lead your team and company stakeholders, ensuring the orchestration of the strategy
Develop pricing strategies according to each route to ensure profitability and competitiveness
Use analytical capabilities to turn information into strategy
Monitor key indicators such as sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory days, budget compliance, commercial quota, channel/RTM profitability, operator retention, among others
Properly manage company resources and budget, ensuring promotional grids and executing with excellence and control
Lead and inspire a culture of brilliant and excellent execution, promoting a focus on sustainable results
Make strategic decisions based on data
Lead the commercial planning process (S&OP) with sales, marketing, supply, finance, and demand generation teams
Develop talent through empowerment with clarity, responsibility, and trust
identify potential in each team member and ensure training and development plans
Requirements:
Experience in trade marketing roles, commercial roles, and team leadership
Business vision through strategic customer relationships
Experience in commercial planning with variables such as sell‑in, sell‑out, and inventory days
High‑level English proficiency
Experience in MT, Wholesale, and trade marketing
Leadership through influence at all levels with assertive communication
Conflict resolution with empathy and emotional intelligence
Analytical capability and results orientation
Ability to build value propositions quickly and efficiently to achieve results
