We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sr. Assistant Brand Manager to join our Foods Philippines team, focusing on the iconic Knorr brand. This role is instrumental in accelerating the growth of Knorr Liquid Seasoning, Knorr Hit Meals, and Knorr World Flavors Sauces through strategic brand building, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong brand management fundamentals, creativity, and analytical rigor to drive market performance and consumer engagement.
Job Responsibility
Brand Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for Knorr Liquid Seasoning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights
Net Revenue Management (NRM): Drive end-to-end NRM initiatives to optimize pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies
Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to conceptualize and launch integrated advertising campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Strategy & Planning (CSP) and Customer Development (CD) teams to expand trade footprint and enhance in-store visibility
Performance Analysis: Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking for Knorr Liquid Seasoning and Knorr Hit Meals, identifying growth opportunities and addressing gaps
Channel Activation: Deploy and monitor campaigns for Knorr Hit Meals across priority channels to maximize reach and impact
Innovation & Scale-Up: Ideate and implement scale-up plans for Knorr World Flavors Sauces, leveraging targeted campaigns and consumer insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects
Strong analytical skills with experience in business performance analysis and insights generation
Familiarity with Net Revenue Management principles and tools is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative thinker with a passion for consumer-centric marketing and innovation
