Job Description:

At PepsiCo Western Europe, we’re more than just iconic brands — we’re a team of 2,000+ passionate people across 11 countries, working together to deliver great-tasting products that consumers enjoy every day. With over 70 years in the region, we operate from 7 key locations — including 4 headquarters and 4 production sites — and offer a portfolio of 16 brands, from global icons like Pepsi and Lay’s to local favorites like Duyvis and Schwip Schwap. We’re committed to sustainability, innovation, and community impact. If you’re looking to grow your career with purpose, we’d love to hear from you. Position: Lead the end-to-end incubation, launch, and scale-up of venture concepts within the assigned territory, acting as the single-threaded owner of business performance. This role is accountable for translating global venture strategy into local execution, ensuring rapid validation of business models, strong unit economics, and disciplined scaling once product-market fit is achieved.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the localization and execution of global venture playbooks, adapting them to territory-specific dynamics (consumer, regulatory, operational)
  • Act as full P&L owner for the territory, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization
  • Lead a matrixed team across functions, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and execution cadence
  • Define scaling strategy once product-market fit and unit economics are validated
  • Drive ongoing optimization of customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance
  • Provide structured, data-driven updates to global leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years of experience in commercial operations, general management, or multi-site leadership
  • Proven track record launching, operating, and scaling new business models (startups, ventures, or new formats)
  • Strong P&L ownership mindset with deep financial and analytical acumen
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure in fast-evolving environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a test-and-learn mentality
  • High ownership, resilience, and bias for action
