Job Description:

Food Team Leader position at IKEA's second physical Customer Meeting Point in Delhi. The role involves leading food operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, implementing compliance standards, and contributing to business growth in the IKEA Retail Food department.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for consistent excellent shopping experience
Act upon customer feedback
Implementation of global and national compliance standards
Contributing to overall food competence in the store
Secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
Support, challenge and coach co-workers to see through customer's eyes
Secure food safety, standards and reduce waste
Implement retail foundation and sales steering tools
Contribute to implementation of unit IKEA Retail Food commercial plan and communication strategy
Build competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement
Contribute to identifying, recruiting, introduce and developing talents in the department

Requirements:

Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
Self-reliant and self-motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to work creatively within strong frameworks
Ability to deliver strong business results through people
Proven ability to maintain effective work and leadership behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure
Experience in a customer facing environment
Proven track record of delivering business performance
Capable of communicating in English, both in writing and verbally
