Job Description:

Lead the IKEA Food team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining quality standards and driving sales in the food department.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, develop and coach team of co-workers
Maintain IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards
Maintain commercial and operational areas of Food department
Actively sell IKEA Food products and merchandise creatively
Support and lead change management

Requirements:

Previous experience in an operational food environment
Experience working closely with co-workers and championing a customer-centric approach
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Innate ability to lead by example, support and coach co-workers

Nice to have:

Inspirational leader with passion and love for food
Experience in change management
