Job Description:

As an IKEA Food Team Leader, the role involves managing the food team, ensuring operational standards, maintaining food areas, and delivering a positive customer experience. Benefits include generous annual leave, discounts, and other employee perks.

Job Responsibility:

Leading, developing and coaching team of co-workers
presenting food range in an inspiring way
maintaining quality, operational, cleaning, and food safety standards
ensuring training compliance and operational routines are in place and recorded
ensuring food areas are maintained, organised, and attractive
supporting and managing change within the Food team and with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, restaurants, fast food, or retail
resonate with IKEA values
familiarity with kitchen operations
knowledge about food safety and HACCP
comfortable leading daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
confident communicator with customers, co-workers, and stakeholders
ability to develop a service-minded and customer-centric team.
