Job Description:

Food Team Leader position at IKEA Coquitlam, responsible for leading the food service team and ensuring excellent customer experience in the restaurant and food market areas

Job Responsibility:

Keep the customer in focus and take action to optimize sales and inspire customers
Ensure area of responsibility is commercial, clean, tidy, attractive and inviting
Ensure products are in perfect condition and correctly priced at all times
Be passionate about food and actively learn about it and share knowledge with customers and colleagues
Contribute and support implementation of store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan
Promote a safety first culture and coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed

Requirements:

Sales driven and service minded with experience of serving customers
Passion for food
Experience working in a vibrant retail environment
Flexible and able to execute action plans
Leadership approach that inspires and leads by example
