Job Description:

Food Team Leader position at IKEA Taastrup serving customers and leading a team in the food department, ensuring commercial success and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness

Job Responsibility:

Keep customer in focus and optimize sales
Ensure area is commercial, clean, tidy, attractive and inviting
Be passionate about food and share knowledge
Contribute to implementation of store's Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan
Promote safety-first culture and coach others

Requirements:

Sales-driven and service-minded with experience in serving customers
Experience working in a vibrant retail environment
Flexible and able to execute action plans effectively
Ability to lead through team and create direction
Passion for food and ability to inspire customers
