The Food Service Worker serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles, including providing excellent customer service by ensuring a positive dining experience and responding promptly to guest needs. The F&B Food Service Worker is required to maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and to gain extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.
Job Responsibility:

Monitor and accurately record food and equipment temperatures at regular intervals to ensure compliance with food safety standards and prevent contamination or spoilage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times, including sanitizing surfaces and completing scheduled cleaning tasks
Participate in all required in-house training sessions and complete assigned online modules to stay current with company standards, safety procedures, and best practices
Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform presentation in accordance with company policies to promote a professional image
Follow, support, and actively promote the company’s health and safety policies, ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, and visitors
Adhere to company policies and procedures, assisting in their consistent implementation across daily operations
Ensure all food safety regulations are strictly followed, including proper handling, preparation, and storage of food items
Store all food items in accordance with food safety regulations, ensuring proper labeling, temperature control, and adherence to stock rotation practices (FIFO – First In, First Out)
Perform cleaning duties related to service areas, kitchen equipment, and dining or service furniture to maintain a sanitary and welcoming environment
Prepare service areas and stations prior to meal periods, ensuring all supplies, utensils, and equipment are properly set up and ready for efficient service
Ensure all food items, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, stored, and secured after service to maintain organization and safety
Requirements:
