POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out routine tasks necessary in preparing and serving foods required for patients. Assures competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments when complying with University Health and Food Service Department policies and safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations for proper care and use of foods, supplies and equipment. Must meet established daily deadlines with accuracy and quality performance. Maintains excellent guest and working relations.

Requirements:
