The Food Service Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the successful operation of concessions. This position oversees product distribution, ensures food safety and sanitation standards, and supports the coordination between the concessions team, culinary production, and other operational departments. Supervisors must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing clear communication and leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor designated areas for food safety, sanitation, labeling, storage, and employee practices
Replenish inventory to meet par levels
document all distributed product
Assist with stock movement during gates and communicate inventory needs to leadership
Maintain and organize prep containers
transport used containers for washing
Support concession and culinary teams with basic production prep when extra time allows
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Strong multitasking skills and urgency in fast-paced environments
Clear communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable following direction and supporting leadership
Understands basic food safety and sanitation practices
Willing to obtain a food handler’s card (if not already certified)
