Food Service Supervisor

• Supervise and support cafeteria staff during the night shift, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
• Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
• Oversee preparation, serving, and restocking of food and beverages
• Handle cash operations, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas before shift end
• Assist with staff training and performance feedback
• Act as the point of contact for any issues or emergencies during night operations
• Secure facility at closing and ensure all safety procedures are followed

• Must have supervisor experience
• Must have experience with line cooking and Cashier
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check
• Must have own transportation to come on site

Shift premium of $1.50 to $2.00 per hour for working nights
