Food Service Specialist

The Food Service Specialist supervises training and educating store teams on current and new product offerings with an emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance to ensure FSQA and HACCP regulatory requirements are met. The role involves supervising new store start-ups and remodels, addressing issues in stores in real-time, and providing immediate solutions. The specialist will also conduct trouble-shooting seminars, act as a central contact for food service questions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure training materials are effective and relevant. The position requires visiting assigned stores on a set schedule, monitoring food safety, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
