As a Food Service Site Manager you will plan, guide and execute contracted services for a single client and/or a client outlet normally generating up to a $1M in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Depending on the client, services are primarily food service but can occasionally include facility support, custodial services, and more. The Food Service Site Manager is a key operations leader responsible for developing and executing service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, guide and execute contracted services for a single client and/or a client outlet normally generating up to a $1M in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs
Develop and execute service solutions to meet customer needs and tastes

Plan and lead daily team briefings
Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements
Deliver client and company financial targets
Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends
educate teams on key levers to improve margins
Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams is required
Strong interpersonal, analysis, and decision-making skills
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
