Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Food Service, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
  • Culinary experience is required, with proven ability to plan, prepare, and execute high-quality meals
  • Experience in service, hospitality, or contract services industry, including managing and developing high-performing teams, is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills, with a keen eye for operational efficiency and quality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with students, parents, faculty, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver meals that are both nutritious and creatively engaging, making dining experiences enjoyable and memorable for students
  • Professional presence, polished demeanor, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting a high-profile, all-girls school environment
