Job Responsibility:
Deliver strong operational performance by executing against Aramark Healthcare+ and regulatory agency standards and programs
continually monitor operations and complete assessments and necessary action plans to provide optimal food quality and meal service
drive patient and customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships through rounding
ensure compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards
manage food cost, procurement, and control waste
supervise, staff, train, conduct applicable rounding and manage the performance of Food Service Supervisors and front-line staff regarding food presentation, quality, cost control and cash handling
manage and control labor, resources and materials to ensure quality, adequacy of supply, staffing levels and cost control within budgetary guidelines
schedule and manage food service activities in compliance with Aramark Healthcare+ food service systems
utilize customer feedback to respond to customer and patient needs and to improve services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
at least 1 year of food service management experience
