We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented Dining Room/Food Service Manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, proven experience in leadership, thrives in high-volume, high-touch environments, and knows how to lead with both professionalism and warmth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire the front-of-house service team with energy and clarity
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and floor operations
Oversee daily dining room service, including opening and closing procedures
Manage guest relations, especially with VIP clientele, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
Collaborate closely with the General Manager, bar, kitchen, and reservations teams
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
Train and mentor new and existing staff in service standards and company culture
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in upscale or fine dining preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of steps of service, wine, and food knowledge
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours
Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable) preferred
A natural leader with a hands-on, team-first approach
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
