Job Responsibility

Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
Deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests
Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
