Job Description:

Food Service Co-worker position at IKEA Älmhult AB, responsible for creating excellent food experiences for guests during breakfast, lunch and evening service in various facilities including Köket at IKEA Museum, Lobby restaurant at IKEA Hotell, Grillen, MUMS and Aktivitetshuset.

Job Responsibility:

Working in a kitchen
Producing food cold/hot section
Serving guests
Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
Contribute to a good working environment
Developing the range
Preparing, cooking and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests

Requirements:

Educational background within food and food preparation is meritorious
Previous experience in the food area is a plus
Take own initiatives to get things done
Curious to find new better ways of doing things
Ability to solve problems that arise on a daily basis
Like working together with colleagues
Great team-member with a passion for food and guest experiences
Speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
Comfortable working with computers
Must be over 18 years of age
Hold a work and residence permit making you eligible for work in Sweden
Share our passion for IKEA's history, culture and values

Nice to have:

Master some additional language
Educational background within food and food preparation
Previous experience in the food area
