Job Responsibility

Ensure the building, machinery and services (electricity, steam, water, compressors etc.) conform with and are maintained to legislative requirements
Act as the first point of contact for all facility and property related requests and issues
Provide direction to undertake preventive and predictive maintenance. Assign tasks and work orders, both planned and unplanned as required
Operate every day with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying challenges and problems and finding solutions to improve cost, quality and output
Assist in planning, locating and purchasing of new equipment for plant expansion
Provide leadership for equipment installation and secure resources to achieve rated speeds and safe operation within specified timelines
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning services
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and service reports
Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture
