Serve customers looking to purchase from our breakfast station
Collecting stock and putting away deliveries
Cleaning down our breakfast station ready for lunch
Setting up eye catching displays following our food concept branding
During service: Serving and making Made to order sandwiches from our deli bar following our portion styles and sizes
Serving and chopping salads on our bespoke salad bar
Serving a selection of hot food from our delicious unique food concepts
After service: Closing of each counter including following stock rotation and shelf-life standards

Job Responsibility

Cooking and preparing food according to recipes and production guidelines
Adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
Safely handling knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers
Providing high levels of service of food and/or beverages to customers
Supervising the prisoners in the area producing the meals and delivering table service
Performing cleaning and replenishment duties
Ensuring service area and/or service points are clean and stocked up
Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner, which may include some light cooking
Monitoring and recording food and equipment temperatures
Handling cash transactions and ensuring the accurate cash handling procedures are followed
