Job Description:

As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll be working in one of our stunning Partnership hotels and supporting the profitable running of the catering operation there. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of hospitality professionals to deliver a first-class guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Showing flexibility to work in different areas of the hotel when needed. Always ready to lend a hand to your fellow team members and ensure the smooth running of the hotel
  • Adhering to the highest standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for both fellow Partners and guests
  • Using your excellent organisational skills to prioritise tasks
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and sharing your passion for good food and drink

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions quickly when issues arise

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a hospitality environment
