Food Service Assistant (FSA) / Kitchen Hand. Randstad Aged Care Recruitment Agency is seeking Food Service Assistant (FSAs) / Kitchen Hands to join our team of aged care professionals.   • Routinely tests food for quality, appearance, flavor, temperature, texture, color and doneness
  • Follows established guidelines, recipes and procedures for age specific feeding and specialized diets
  • Assists in the preparation and execution of patient related food service such as Bader 5 meals and Child Life Functions
  • Daily responsibilities include the assembly and/or delivery and retrieval of patient trays in a safe and efficient manner
  • Utilizes tug robots to assist with patient tray delivery
  • Interacts with patients and their families for tray delivery and maintains a high level of professionalism and courtesy within patient facing interactions to promote the patient experience
