We're looking for a Food Safety & Supplier Quality Coordinator to join the team.Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident communicating with stores, suppliers and leadership, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where food safety and quality truly matter.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, analyze and trend product quality complaints and customer illness reports
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stores regarding food safety, quality, and complaint resolution
  • Manage and maintain supplier food safety documentation
  • Support and help rebuild the supplier audit program, including occasional supplier visits
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sensory, operations, asset protection and leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3+ years of experience in food safety, quality or regulatory roles (Restaurants, Retail, CPG)
  • Strong knowledge of FDA Food Code
  • Experienced using Excel and RizePoint (Or similar) tools to create reports
  • Willingness to travel 10%
  • Customer service oriented
