Job Description:

Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with HACCP plan. Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with HACCP plan
  • Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events
  • Before Concert: Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve any potential health violations
  • During Concert: Accompany County Health Officials during their visit and rectify any violations that may be acknowledged
  • Before and after the visit continue to walk the venue to identify and rectify any potential violation

Requirements:

  • Experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Experience with Health Department
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven management/supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Serv Safe certified
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and other items weighing up to 45 pounds and occasionally greater
  • Must be able to go from warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers)
  • Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you
