Job Description:

Our Food Safety Coordinator ensures the production of safe, wholesome, high quality products throughout the commissary and bakery production areas; complies with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safe quality food (SQF), safety policies, and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) and complies with all applicable governmental laws and regulations; designated backup in the absence of Quality Assurance Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements:

  • Ensures the production of safe, wholesome, high quality products throughout the commissary and bakery production areas
  • complies with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safe quality food (SQF), safety policies, and hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP)
