Job Description

Provides food and merchandising support to designated stores by ensuring programs and products meet high standards of quality and safety. Responsible for creating detailed reports, summarizing findings, and communicating results to management. Maintains quality control through preventative maintenance and responds to store needs as required.

Job Responsibility

  • Train and educate store teams on food safety, quality assurance (FSQA), and HACCP regulatory requirements for new and existing product offerings
  • conduct scheduled store visits to monitor food safety and quality assurance compliance
  • supervise new store openings and remodels for foodservice setup and compliance
  • collaborate with Category Managers, BU leadership, store teams, and vendors to ensure training materials remain current and effective
  • act as the primary contact for stores regarding foodservice-related inquiries
  • assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements
