The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Food Runner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Food Runners have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service
Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are necessary
Complete opening and closing sidework as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
Requirements:
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Three to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Ability to carry and balance a tray
Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
Weekend & Holiday availability required
