Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Food Runner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Food Runner is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Servers in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
Ensure all outgoing dishes are accurately prepared and meet guest requests, including dietary restrictions and preferences
Present the food to the guest
Be knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
Requirements:
Possess legal work authorization in United States
Required to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
