Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Food Runner who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and promptness
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
  • Stock service items such as linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of small items such as toast, soup, or beverages
  • Support the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of food stations

Requirements:

  • Possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Required to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability required
  • Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems
