The Food Runner is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests at Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort.
Job Responsibility:
Supports the Servers in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
Ensure all outgoing dishes are accurately prepared and meet guest requests, including dietary restrictions and preferences
Present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
Requirements:
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Weekend and Holiday availability required
