Job Responsibility:

Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation and venue image
Deliver, maintain and exceed customer service quality standards as established by F&B Department
Food Runner - Delivering food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order
Busser – assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing and resetting tables
Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations
Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency

Requirements:

1 years service experience in hotel / restaurant dining room / lounge
Basic food, wine and liquor knowledge
Smart Serve Certificate
Food Handler Certificate
Available to work all weekdays and weekends
