Job Responsibility:
Operate equipment safely while adhering to all human and product safety standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks
Lead or support initiatives focused on improving safety performance
Set up, operate, and optimize equipment for trials and testing activities
Execute and lead equipment sanitation activities, including post-clean inspections
Develop proficiency across multiple systems, achieving mastery in select operations
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues
Translate technical insights into meaningful operational or business improvements
Provide exceptional service and support to internal partners
Train, coach, and mentor peers on equipment and processes
Contribute as a technical leader during complex setups or projects
Influence outcomes through strong communication and collaboration
Lift, move, and handle materials or equipment up to 55 lbs on a consistent basis
Work comfortably in a hands-on processing or pilot-style environment
Requirements:
Relevant hands-on experience (requirements vary based on education level: high school diploma vs. 2-year technical degree)
Experience working within team-based environments to deliver results
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office and other systems)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach, train, and develop others
Confidence operating equipment independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety and quality standards
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, changing environment
