Job Description:

Our Food Production Specialist works to ensure our high-quality food operations. The team supports customers, co-workers, and communities with good food that reflects Swedish heritage while prioritizing sustainability. The role also involves safety, efficiency, and sharing food knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Actively contributing to a safety first culture
Ensuring efficiency in operations and that routines and requirements are known by your colleagues and followed in all daily work
Being passionate about the food range and actively learning about its content, origins, preparation and other benefits as well as sharing your specialist competence with guests and colleagues
Presenting the width and depth of the IKEA food range and inspiring guests.

Requirements:

You are a trained experienced chef and have an interest and knowledge of food and customers
You are passionate in ensuring that the food served is of high quality at all times.
