  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments across food and pharmaceutical industries
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Global Food & Pharma teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Act as a senior representative of Alfa Laval with key customers, partners, and industry bodies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Food, Beverage, water management, Pharma, Biotech, or process industries, with strong commercial exposure
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for people, strategy, and financial performance
  • Strong understanding of hygienic processing, quality standards, and regulated environments
  • Proven ability to drive growth, transformation, and team performance in complex organisations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • A strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and passion for leading people through change.

What we offer

  • A senior leadership role with significant influence over a core Alfa Laval division
  • The opportunity to shape the future of food and pharmaceutical processing in Oceania
  • A purpose-driven organisation committed to sustainability, safety, and innovation
  • A collaborative and empowering environment where you’re trusted to lead and encouraged to challenge the status quo.
