Job Responsibility:
Carefully packaging finished goods according to specifications
Securely placing and sealing lids on a variety of product containers
Conducting visual quality assurance checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet strict standards
Accurately applying labels to finished products, ensuring correct placement and information
Organizing and stacking finished products onto pallets for shipping (palletizing)
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workstation at all times
Operating basic packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Assisting with other general labour duties as assigned to support the team and production goals
Requirements:
Previous experience as a general labourer, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
A proven team player with a collaborative spirit
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely and comfortably
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Commitment to contributing positively to a key team in the manufacturing & logistics sector
High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
