Job Description:

Food Operations Manager responsible for leading and developing the IKEA Food business, ensuring brand position, strategies, legal compliance and positive impact on people and planet. The role involves managing operations teams, recruitment, performance management, and executing business plans while securing food quality, safety and reducing waste.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and coach operations team in optimizing and developing IKEA Food business
Support leadership team in recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning and competence development
Formulate, lead and execute department's action plans alongside store business plan
Secure processes and procedures to ensure food quality, food safety, operational excellence and waste reduction
Implement global and national compliance standards, managing food supply chain and range competence
Secure irresistible food offer by ensuring quality and appealing range presentation

Requirements:

Experienced and inspirational leader
Customer centric mindset with ability to analyze customer insights
Experience in managing costs, budgets, and rosters
Strong communicator with influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to collaborate and engage cross-functional teams
Passionate about creating customer experience through food and service delivery
