As a Food Operations Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and coach the operations team in optimising and developing the IKEA Food business by securing the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people & planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints. Support your leadership team in managing the recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning and competence development of the team. Formulate, lead and execute the department’s action plans alongside an overview of the store business plan. Secure processes and procedures to ensure quality of food, food safety, excellence in operations and reduce waste. Implement global and national compliance standards, managing the food supply chain and range competence within the store.
